Greetings. These are pictures from my trips to France, including Paris, Honfleur, Deauville, Caen, Giverny, Rouen, Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, and Vier Sur Mer. During my first trip, I was fortunate to see Giverny, the home of Claude Monet, and tour his gardens. I visited Mont St. Michel and the beaches of Normandy, where troops landed on D-Day, as well as touring the Caen Peace Museum. On my second visit I was able to visit Utah Beach, where my grandfather landed on D-Day+1. I believe every American should visit these beaches and the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer. I spent a few days in Paris at the beginning of my last trip and went to the Musee D’Orsay, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumphe, and Napoleon’s Tomb in Les Invalides.
